Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Assist in implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Enhance and maintain administrative systems and processes.
  • Assist in the development of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Perform special HR & Admin projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Depending on the interest and background of the individual, the intern may be involved in various areas such as Cost of Human Capital, Learning & Development, Staff Retention, Employer Branding, Recruitment Strategies etc.
  • Provides general administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate with Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong problem solving/ communication skills.
  • Ability to convey compelling messages both in person and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizing.
  • Able to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and exceed expectation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Zendesk monitoring/ management/ generate reports.
  • Demo Account maintenance (update current demo account goals and alerts).
  • Content management (uploading and content testing).
  • CPDone ID creation and account maintenance.
  • Assist in creation of training materials for onboarding and training.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate of any 4-year course and willing to be trained on a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Strong problem solving/ communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizing.
  • Able to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and exceed expectation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and update Moodle Book activities for all courses.
  • Create and update Assessments accross all courses.
  • Provide support in accomplishing WRs for all courses.
  • Upload documents in iTrain and troubleshoot simple issues in iTrain.

Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduate with a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience in HTML/CSS.
  • Basic knowledge in JavaScript or Jquery.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe CC.
  • Familiar with Moodle environment is a plus.
